Self-Exclusion is a program that was developed in the 1990s that allows a person to request to be excluded from our property. An individual may opt to self-exclude themselves for one year, five years or permanently. Please click the link to download our self-exclusion form.

Remote Enrollment Remote enrollment may be utilized by anyone who is unable to or is uncomfortable enrolling in-person at any of the above locations. A computer or mobile device with email access and video capabilities is required for this option. The enrollment form will be shared at the time of enrollment and may not be completed in advance.
At your appointment, you will connect with a professional who has been trained to handle requests for voluntary self-exclusion. They understand the difficult decision which you are making and will offer support to help you make a knowledgeable choice. During enrollment, you will need to show your government-issued identification, one that includes your signature and a photograph – e.g., a driver’s license, passport, or other identification. You will also sign the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Agreement and have your photograph taken.
Maine Exclusion
Self-exclusion for casinos and sports wagering is available online. How does it work?
First you contact AdCare’s Problem Gambling Services Coordinator, Lori Manson at (207) 626-3615 ext. 20 or lmanson@adcareme.org to set up an appointment. Often, the service can be done right away if you contact Lori 9-5, Monday-Friday or another convenient time may be selected. Lori will email you a form which is fast and easy to fill out online. Then you will meet with Lori via Zoom to complete the process. If you’d like, Lori can also talk to you about additional problem gambling services that are available such as support groups, free online resources, and counseling services which may be provided at no cost if you can’t afford to pay.
Self-exclusion for casinos and sports wagering is also available in-person with trained staff at select community locations.

Tips for the Exclusion List Sign Up Process:

Please have access to your email and your cell phone, to receive a one-time authentication code.

Please have ready a picture ID, as you will be asked to provide a Selfie and a picture of a photo ID. (Driver’s License, Passport, any ID that includes both your name and a photo.)

Please provide clear photos, in which your name and the photo are visible.

Please have available your Social Security number and Official Identification number. We accept Driver's License numbers, Passport numbers or State Identification numbers as official identifications.

Remember, you can only remove yourself from the self-exclusion list once you've reached the end of your selected 1, 3 or 5 year exclusion period. If you select the lifetime option for self-exclusion, you will not be able to remove yourself from the list.

Remember, you can only remove yourself from the self-exclusion list once you've reached the end of your selected 1, 3 or 5 year exclusion period. New York Gaming Self Exclusion
Overview
Individuals who recognize they may have a gambling problem may self-exclude from all gaming opportunities available in New York State.
How To
By completing and submitting the Request for Voluntary Self-Exclusion, an individual will be barred from gaming properties and applications, including but not limited to commercial casinos, sports wagering, video lottery facilities and the New York Lottery.

How do I place myself on the Self-Exclusion List for Atlantic City casino facilities, which includes Internet gaming activities or for Internet gaming activities only?
There are four methods to register for the New Jersey Self-Exclusion Program which includes self-exclusion from Atlantic City Casino and sports wagering facilities, New Jersey racetrack sports wagering facilities including internet and sports wagering activities or for internet gaming and sports wagering activities only.
Method 1: In Person or Video Conference – Self-exclusion from all casino gaming and Sports Wagering activities located in Atlantic City casinos AND Racetrack Sports Wagering Facilities AND from all Internet Gaming and Sports Wagering activities. Minimum self-exclusion periods are one year, five years or lifetime
